1.1
These terms and conditions govern participation in the Raffle \u201cpjur\u2019s Big 30 \u2013 Celebrate & Win!\u201d.
1.2
The organizer of the raffle is pjur group Luxembourg S.A., 87 Esplanade de la Moselle, 6637 Wasserbillig, Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as \u201cpjur\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d).
1.3
By participating and activating the corresponding checkbox, participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that their message may be reproduced and published under their first name.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2.1
Participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in an EU country, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Employees of pjur and their family members are not eligible to participate.
2.2
Eligible participants can enter the raffle by sending a message to pjur via the website pjur.com\/win to celebrate pjur\u2019s 30th anniversary.
We may publish selected messages that seem suitable to us on social media and the internet, including the sender\u2019s first name.
2.3
Participants can double their chances of winning by uploading a video or photo congratulating pjur on its anniversary. This is only possible if the checkbox for consent and rights transfer has been activated.
2.4
To participate, entrants must provide their first name, last name, country of residence, email address, and age.
2.5
Each participant may only enter once. Multiple entries using different email addresses, fake identities, or third-party identities, as well as other manipulative actions, will result in disqualification.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.\tRaffle Procedure and Prize<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.1
The raffle runs from June 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM CET on November 30, 2025 (deadline).
3.2
From August to December 2025, one prize draw will be held each month, awarding \u20ac3,000 per draw. Winners of a monthly draw will be excluded from subsequent draws.
3.3
Each month\u2019s winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants and notified by email. The winner must respond within 7 days and provide their full name and the IBAN of a European bank account to receive the prize (via bank transfer).
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner or declare the prize forfeited.
3.4
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash.
3.5
The \u20ac3,000 prize will be transferred to the winner\u2019s designated account.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4.1
Violation of these terms and conditions entitles us to exclude the participant from the raffle. This particularly applies if false information is provided or the uploaded content violates applicable law or third-party rights.
4.2
If a disqualified participant has already been selected as a winner, the prize may be revoked retroactively.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

pjur reserves the right to terminate or modify the raffle at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. This particularly applies if technical reasons (e.g., system viruses, manipulation, or hardware\/software errors) or legal reasons prevent proper execution of the raffle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
